In formulating a masterplan, we emphasize the incorporation of a number of facilities to cater to a variety of users. By integrating social housing into our masterplans, we hope to promote a diverse and vibrant community. We believe that including a community centres where possible will provide educational support through events and activities.

Delving into the essence of the site, our approach involves a site survey. We actively seek input from residents and businesses, aligning with our commitment to understanding their preferences and expectations for the area's redevelopment. 03.Considering Existing Buildings
Existing buildings sustainability re use materials. To ensure sustainability throughout our design processes, we have made conscious decisions on buildings we wish to keep and materials that can be reused and repurposed. Through including growing spaces throughout the Friary Green masterplan, we aim to inspire environmentally friendly lifestyles for residents and users.

The client will be consulted when there is a need to appoint further consultants and specialists, this will depend on when specialist types of advice is needed during the planning stage of a project.
